Hi all, was just wondering if anyone has there weekly weigh in, in the evening. If so, do you eat or drink anything after lunch, or just have light snacks during the day? :-/
I usually have the usual breakfast and my usual lunch, but i don't eat anything after 3pm (Not intentional as i usually have lessons, then have to drive back from uni and rush to class so have no time to have anything after that).
