Most cruise's the food is buffet style, so I would ask the chefs how things are cooked, they or the servers are always willing to help, and I have found the passed if they know someone has a specific food requirement they will do their best to help.

Drink lots of water, and enjoy yourself, if you do end up falling off the wagon, just get back on it when you get home, SW is a lifestyle not a diet.
