Today's lunch and dinner...

Lunch: pork chops and scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spring onion.

Dinner: minced beef with red onion, mushrooms and cabbage in romaine leaves, and a bit of cucumber, tomato and brie.

Was very yummy and very filling!
 
I've just had the NICEST dinner! It was 2 burgers topped with a slice of Bavarian smoked cheese and fried mushrooms with romaine lettuce leaves instead of a bun. It REALLY hit the spot.

The burgers were Aldi Aberdeen Angus Quarter Pounders and they were AMAZING. Soo meaty and juicy! And the best part... They're only 0.1g of carbs per burger!! Love it!
