Food Porn.......Induction

More pictures folks! Need more pictures!

DD it was a bit of a concoction, I put cream and mayo in a pan with a wee touch of water, heated it up then added grated cheese, keep the heat low so not to split the cheese. Salt and pepper then once melted pour over cooked cauli. Did my cauli in the micro, tsp of water and cling film for 3-4 min.

Woooohooo! See me, I'm clever! :) Ao these are the new Mr Porky
image-3691620793.jpg

and I made these as a snack after spin last night. Squirt of mayo, and sprinkle off curry powder.

Now the world is my oyster! Yee ha!

Oh and I think they are oopsie rolls topped with cinnamon.

blehhhhhhhhhhhhh on the porkies, sorry, they are gagabaga
gross.
copy and pasted.

8 oz cream cheese
8 eggs
pinch of cream of tarter
some sugar (splenda)
some salt

separate the eggs, whip the whites with the cream of tarter. Mix the yokes with the bit of sweetner, salt and cream cheese. When the whites are really stiff, fold them into the yokes. I spoon them into pam sprayed muffintop pans and get 12 Oopsies. Bake for 22-24 mins at 300. Midway through baking I take the pans out, turn them around and change places with each other for uniform color.

i find they only take 10 - 1 mins, i add some herbs to mine too.
or add cinammon or ginger to make sweet bread.

My actifry is my life support for lazy meals and snacks! Does anyone else use one? I chucked in chopped up pork loin the other day and went so crispy it was amazing - like meaty crackling lol!

I also love diced chicken with chorizo and jalapeños and mushrooms and a bit of curry powder then chucked in a bowl with a bit of cream cheese... Smega nom!

Gonna try to make celeriac chips in it (when I track down this fabled vegetable! Lol!)

Xx

I do have an Actifry, but I find I don't use it half as much since I started Atkins. I've just bought a celeriac, though, so I'm going to attempt to make some chips in it! I had a time trying to find celeriac, but found it at Sainsburys in the end.

Honda, where did you find the big Porkys? I've had them once before, but couldn't remember where from.

Please let me know how your celeriac chips turn out! Keen to give it a go :)

And those peanut butter cookies look awesome hun!

they are yum.:D
i made the celeriac chips, had them with fried egg, funky taste
but very very nice fried with the egg, wish they had been a bit crisper.

I don't think we can have the peanut cookies on Induction can we? No nuts just yet............

I love peanuts and cashews and Brazil nuts and ya get the picture but I think they are a no no, lovely as they look!!

Would like to hear more about the celeriac, haven't seen it in the shops yet having trouble finding chicken mince!! And those Mr Porky's look lush haven't seen them either.
