Food Porn.......Induction

Is this it Roos?

Peanut butter cookies - 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 and 1/3 cup of sweetener and an egg all mixed together. Then make them in to little balls, press them down on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 180. They're delicious

Thanks almosthere I'll add to my list to hunt for on payday!

Shame about the muscles though, was hoping it'd cut down on gym time lol! X

I concur! I would also like to report the fact that, in contrary to what my mum always told me, broken biscuits do in fact still have calories! She always said the fell out when the biscuit snapped! All these lies.., next I'll find out that the pg tips monkey actually prefers tetley! Oh the horror! X

MiniMe, I haven't actually gotten around to trying the egg in the avocado, yet. When I came to make it my avocados were a little over ripe. When I do try it though, I'll let you know.

Tonights dinner was very simple, but bloody lovely! Pork, cabbage, broccoli and mushroom stir fry.

Would love to try the avocado egg thing, mine felt soft but when I opened it, it was rock hard so I put it in a plastic bag in the fridge then it went black and I had to chuck it out.

This looks lovely but the last time I tried pork stir fry it was horrid, what kind of "sauce" are you using? Could do with some ideas..........

yeah that's the one,i'm thinking on throwing the rest away,
coz unless they are harmless, they'll do some damage, and
i'll do a tail spin.

OMG i just made the peanut butter cookies, but i'm
also panicking incase i can't have them as i'm inductioning:eek:
but without further painful waffling here are said biccies OMG still can't believe how good they look.......oh dear i think i'm going
to pass out......j/k
first is me dinner, pork chop veg and a big shroom.
then the you know whats.........

Well i couldn't resist, i had to make theses. They are so so yummy that words cannot describe! I did alter the quantities of the ingredients a bit

100g peanut butter (9carbs per 100g)
20g splenda
3/4 of an egg

made 8

so i think something like 1.25 carbs each
**revised not sure what the carbs are for the splenda granules though
I don't have sweetener in anything else during the day though so one of these wont hurt!

I should probably mention, since these cookies seem to be such a hit, that Sainsbury's Basics Peanut Butter is only 3.9g carbs per 100g! I picked some up to try these out when I finish Induction.

Tonight's tea, salmon, spring greens and spinach cooked in a little cream, asparagus yum yum!

That looks awesome! I'm attempting Cheeseburger Pie for the first time. Not sure if it looks good or not :S guess I'll wait for it to finish cooking and give it a go...

Let us know how you get on, I have been meaning to try it with
Quorn mince, might make it over the weekend :)

First attempt at Cheeseburger Pie, it was epic. And my fella loved it too! Added a fresh chillie to the mince mix so had a kick to it which worked really well with the creamy topping :D
