    How do you stop them? Distract yourself? I find it really hard once they start invading. I think it is because I am at home all day. Just wondered how you guys stop yourself picking

    I think of food 24-7, but mostly healthy fare, because it does a body good.

    I'm known to dream about chocolate and other fattening goodies.

    I know what you mean. well Now I look at the girlies and boys who have gotten their goal photos and I must say it really helps. Or I think back to how upset I get when trying on clothes in changing rooms. It's not a pretty slight and I dont ever want to feel like I can't go out because of my size :(
