I am going out to nandos next week for a friends birthday, n really have to go. I've just completed 1st week of being 100% on ss, and hate that I might ruin my diet. I'm in ketosis n don't ever really feel hungry, so if I just ate a plain chicken breast would that help, n maybe macho peas??? I dunno what food keeps u in ketosis, don't wanna ruin my hard work
