Hi Abz, I noticed on another post you made it through week one and lost 8 pounds, fantastic. I am just about to go to bed after day 7 and have got my weigh in tomorrow lunchtime.

Are you on SS or SS+, I am on SS+ but have been having skimmed milk, next week I am thinkin about having the odd meal, chicken and veg, or fish etc.

I have my weigh-in tomorrow too, I've now run out of packs so my CDC had better arrive early

hi guys. ha. i am indeed on ss and finding it easier every day.

good luck on your weigh in guys my totm arrived for the first time in forever today. gah. damn diet... so i'm all bloaty and horrid. at least i'm not weighed until next tuesday so hopefully i'll be able to get rid of the water weight before then...
