I had the Beef & Black velvet porter (in a bed of raw baby spinach OF course ;)) I actually fetlt really bloated after it. Don't know whether that was because it was the first red meat I've had in ........ nearly 18 wks at least OR the potatoes - there are rather a lot in it OR - it was quite a big portion (believe it or not) for me so maybe just too much. In any cas it doesn't inspire me to have the other one I've got at home - might palm it off on DH ;) xx

Yep, not bad today - another restart but hey! I'm struggling with those late afternoon cravings. Working long hours that does it.

I bet you were stuffed considering hehe! They are quite rich - amazing for diet food.

I was telling DH on the way back to the holiday cottage this evening what I was doing for tea.
"Are you having that?" he said
"No" says I "I'm going to have a look what we found dinner"
"What did we find?" he said

....... Oh P...Lease!!!! ;) xx
