I'm going away to Cyprus for a fortnight and going to stick to low carb. We are staying half board so I guess there will be plenty of salads on the buffet - If I had a (large) plate of salad with my meat/fish, how many carbs would I have to count for a dinner plate such as this:

I'll steer clear of carrots, sweetcorn or too many tomatoes. I do like avocados though
I also might have the odd spoon of mayo
