I found an excel spreadsheet on the CD forum that someone had done and down loaded it to my computer..its fantastic, it tells you your BMI, how long to target and your percentage of loss to date as well as a heap of other information.
Im not sure how to post a link, but I will see if I can find it for you now.

Hi there,
I use the sw web site as im doing it from home,when i joined the site done it for me but they seemto advise us to loose between 1-2 lbs a month for a good way to loose and then maintain that lose,sorry i carnt bee of much help:sigh:

Ty, I'll have a look :) I know on my lifeline online when you update your weight each week there is a progress chart to show how you are doing, but no actual dates like some people have
