Oh my oh my...
I just had a tub of frozen yoghurt with chocolate flavour. Athens is full of shops who sell the stuff at the moment and I was eager to have something different as I can't get to the dukan flavourings. So I thought I 'd give it a try! And it was 1% fat, but unfortunately it had sugar!!!!!!! How far back do you think it could take me? I am so stressed right now.
I would have two pp days from tomorrow, do you think I should make them 3? And I am going to walk it out! Please comment. I guess everyone has had a slip up... Or not?

Don't panic - would carry on as normal - if you feel so bad and if it will make you feel better then do the two PP days but honestly we all have the odd slip up and in the scheme of things it wasn't a terrible one!!!!! Sometimes if I have had sugar inadvertently I get really low - kind of depressed and crave something else that is naughty but it hasn't made me gain weight!
