    Ingredients as follows:

    Spring water
    Malic acid
    Natural flavourings
    Potassium, Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate
    Sucralose

    Nutrition Info:

    ALL Nil/Trace
    3 cals per 250ml

    And it's delish :)

    It's fine as contains malic not citric acid:D fizzy strawberry and kiwi is good too:eek:

    The theory is that you can, but some people find it triggers hunger or stalls their weight.

    In moderation, and not counted as your water intake, I can't see it being wrong

    There's nothing wrong with counting coke zero etc as part of your water intake. Same as tea and coffee.

    quick question now im doing tfr but what exactly can i eat if anything so it wont stop me going into ketosis or stop me coming out of it???

    Sainsburys also do some still waters that are ok - Apple & Blackberry, Raspberry & Cranberry and Peach.

    I live on those, as I've started to hate the taste of plain water!

    Asda cherry cola is 'free from' just about everything we don't want, it seems! It has malic acid, no aspartame, no sugar, and is only 47p a 2-litre bottle.

    I love it!
