that may be of use to you all. It an american website, but after trolling thru some of the recipe's most of them are Low GI, or could be easily made Low GI by substituting some ingredients. Thought it might be of interest.

I'm a bit creative in the kitchen, and
I've just made some scones with no oil, margarine or butter, and no sugar - sounds awful but they are GOOD! think I should patent the recipe?????????????

Ann, patent it, but send it to me first :) I love scones, and I cant wait to be eating 'fully' again, I want to try all these things.

Looks good,will def. look more.
Should not be long before I am doing low GI
