Started back in March...things going well...so far so good

Its great to hear that you are doing so well with the CDC. Knew you would do a good job.

It been an age since I have posted on here. Still managing the weight! I think I just need to concentrate a bit on eating properly and not picking. I think I am so used to not feeling hunger I now dont recognise it anymore!!!
