Free and Easy

Hello All

I was just wondering if somebody could clear something up for me please.

I haven't been to group for a very long time-I think the last time was when EE came about.

I have been speaking to a friend who said she is doing something called 'Free and Easy' on slimming world. I am not sure if this is something new or that she means EE.

Hope someone can clarify this for me.

She probs does mean extra easy as there is nothing else I have heard of similar xx

Is she under 16? They have a plan called free 2 go or something for kids. Might be that.

My friend calls it Over Easy. Not because she likes eggs but she forgets it's called Extra Easy.
