Yummy,sounds tasty. I'm only one week in to the diet and only just registered. I'll be keeping my eye out for more tasty recipes like this to try!!

this is in the oven as we speak, i put a touch of fat free yoghurt to my passata to try and make it creamier. I've done 6 tubes, and used a tub of quark, but it was just a smalll tub. Really hope this turns out ok and i like it, as i've been looking forward to it since you posted it in December. xx
