Hi. I am a new member who follows a strict vegan diet. I have however binged on too many nuts and seeds of late and now need to lose a few pounds as well as establish a balanced healthy diet. Can anyone please tell me if polenta and quinoa, which should appear as pasta and rice, are syn free and also the meat substitute quorn? I desparately need to inject some healthy carbs and a substantial amount of protien into my menus. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!
