Freezing

Has anyone frozen shakes ?

I have frozen my chocolate tetra before and it's lovely! If you leave it in for a few hours it goes like ice cream

Apparently though (I don't know how true this is) it can damage the nutrients in the shake so it's not recommended to do it unless you have a spare shake. I don't buy in to that at all though!

They are also nice half frozen. Sort of like an ice cream milkshake!

Why ot put them in the blender with some ice cubes, make them up with a little less water , really nice.
