Fresh breath sprays

    The only down side to this diet, for me, is a mingging taste in my mouth-went through 2 bottles of mouth wash in 8 days!!
    My cdc told me about sugar free fresh breath sprays and OMG do I taste much better now. Thought I would share that for any Newbies out there with same problem.

    Got it from superdrug was only £1.79 so thought it worth a try it's their own make total care fresh breath spray

    Good to know... I got a travel size Listerine yesterday for my handbag but that was 99p and tiny so it won't last long.... off to superdrug we all go! Thanks! x

    I bought mine from savers and it was 99p . I think it also staves of cravings too.

    Me too I have one in handbag all the time now, finding I dont need it as much these days, maybe I'm used to it or something and people are wishing I would use it LOL but no honestly the worst time is when I wake up in the morning ugh
