Fresh coconut

Hi, does anyone know if fresh coconut is syn free? Iv looked through my SW books but can't seem to find it. X

coconut isnt free in any form I'm afraid.

It is 5 syns for 28g of fresh coconut.

the fresh milk from the coconut is 0.5 syns for 4 level tablespoons

You will find the syn values for fresh coconut and coconut milk on page 53 of your food optimising book.

No such thing as free nuts, I'm afraid!!
