Fresh, fruity food diary!

I am very happy :) :)

I agree, the pizza was gorgeous and I enjoyed it. I had the pollo ad astra.

Today I did extra easy.

Breakfast - apple, clementine, alpen light bar (1/2 HExB)

Lunch - salad (chicken, lettuce, olives (1 SYN) sweetcorn, cucumber, peppers, red onion) sweet onion sauce (2 SYNS)

Tea - (didn't cook the leeks enough so only had half!) leeks, mushrooms, linguine pasta, pesto (2 SYNS- so 1) philly light (2 SYNS - so 1)

Snacks and stuff - 2 mini babybel light cheeses (will eat 1 later so = HExA) melted on warbuton wholemeal thins (5 SYNS)

Later - fruit, other babybel and other alpen light for no extra syns. :)

Total syns - 10

I'm trying to keep syns a part of meals so that I am fully satisfied after eating and so I don't 'get a taste' for something I've snacked on and feel the urge to eat too many more...
