Are we allowed to use fresh herbs in our soups?
I have a pairsley plant in my kitchen and it's growing out of proportions. My hubby won't touch it since it's a herb .... so it's up to me to make use of it. I would like it in my soups, but I'm not sure if we're allowed fresh herbs (I know we can use spices/herbs that are dried).
