Fresh pasta

T work last night I was putting out fresh pasta and had a look at the ingredients and the ones i saw had no oil in the ingredients so why is it synned? Had a search on here and it says it is synned due to oil content but ingredients are the same as dried pasta so I am confused now!!!
I just don't understand why it would be synned unless the drying process does something to it maybe.....?

Can you post a link to one of the ones that you looked at that says no oil but is synned?
