Fresh Pasta

Just sat at work and my friend has a question (and isn't a member here)

She is a slimming world member and uses dried pasta which is free. But has a pasta machine and loves making her own.

So does she had to syn pasta made from flour and egg with no oil? As the shop pasta has more ingredients in and is free.

I looked on boards and it looks like fresh pasta has a syn due to the oil. But homemade without the oil I have no answer.

She uses 200g flour and 2eggs for 3 portions
 
I think i heard it was okay if you didn't use oil but really the best thing to do would be to call the SW helpline and get it direct from the horse's mouth :)

But dried pasta is made with flour. It is just being homemade using flour and egg. No chemicals, preservatives or oil being added. I don't do slimming world so I might be missing something bit surely fresh is better.
 
I often wonder the same... What if she makes it and let dry? My mum used to do it.
I have no idea....
