Hi all,

Been a while since I've been on...you can probably guess why!!

Not sure what to do though, lost 3 stone but still have quite a bit to go, towards the end of when I knocked Lipo on the head I was struggling but it has been the fastest and easiest (in some ways) diet and i've tired a few that has worked to some extent.

I do want to start Lipo again, my thoughts are that I give it a week see how that goes and take it from there. I'll reset everything back to a fresh start too. I have a week of Lipotrim left so I think I'll use that and then go to the chemist and re-weigh hopefully losing a few of the llbs I am bound to have piled on.....

Great to see so many oldies and newbies on here - I look forward to joining in again with you all soon.

Lou

Lou, welcome. I started Lt with no real sense of committment. I have a lot to lose and just wanted a start. I am finding it great and intend continuing as long as I can. This forum isa great source of support and inspiration.

That's what I did. I had a weeks worth (which somehow turned into two weeks worth cus I kept unearthing shakes LOL) and decided to use them to see how I went before going back officially. Now on week 6, doing better than ANY previous attempt and have no intentions of looking back. If you think this time it's for you, get into it! You'll be feeling fabulous in no time!!

GOOD LUCK!

Hi and nice to see you :)

Unfortunately only you can decide what is the best option for you. But, you know how good LT can be... good luck with your decision!

HI Lou

Hi Lou,

As you said, give it a week.. and the results will speak fro themselves.. and then decide.. if you feel like any of us at end of week 1 (extremely happy) then you may want to keep going.. ;O)

Hardest part is making the decision to start.. after that it gets easier!

Best of luck and may your losses be big ones! xx

Hi Lou,
was wondering where you got to, hope you are ok. You will make the right decision, no doubt about that. Wishing you all the best.
