Yeah feeling loads better today thanks! I've been car shopping today, and then out for tea and ice-cream!

Tea
Chicken melt baguette so chicken, bbq sauce and cheese. I'm going to say 15pp

Ice cream sundae, I'll say another 15pp

Haven't done any exercise at all this week yet!
 
Although I've stuck to my points this week and can feel I'm losing weight I'm not eating very healthily! I'm blaming the fact that its the school holidays and plan on doing much better next week!

Hey here to follow..
i do shift work to and find it hard sometimes with food ect Spesh if I don't plan ahead..
so it's nice it's doable after reading your diary and your food sounds yyummy :) x
