I've been dabbling in the world of SW for nearly a year now and every week that I have successfully followed the plan I have lost. However my weight has still yoyo-d since as I cannot seem to have more than three good weeks. So this is to hold myself accountable and to give me some extra motivation.
I'm currently at my highest weight with at least 3 stone to lose which I would love to do before Spring 2017. My aim is to start eating proper breakfasts, break my target into achievable chunks and be realistic with myself. I would love to get my first stone off by Christmas but this will take 4 amazing weeks of dedication.
Fingers crossed I can grow some motivation and self control.
