Today ive drawn a line under past diet plans. Im going back to basics calorie counting using mfp and exercising more. I dont want to be fixed to a diet plan as such I like the freedom of tailoring my eating plan how I like. I also dont want to be tied into weekly fees etc. Im starting with my sister so weve got each other to motivate
