So today after an agonisingly frustrating break, I finally re-started Lipotrim and over term should (if I can resist drink) have 10 clear weeks to be on LT 
As extra motivation, I have found out that I'm holidaying with a friend in July, so hoping to reach 10-11st by then for my very first beachwear holiday!
Excited to be back in the game.
