A little blip in the road is normal, we've all had them.. its getting back on track what matters!
Don't worry about the meal, i've been on about 4 meals during the 7 weeks i've been on cambridge, i've always had grilled chicken, salad & made sure i don't have any carbs, and still lost every single week! Be careful, but also have fun and celebrate your little ones birthday x x
