Happy windy Friday! (And I mean wind, outside - real wind - not LL Bar influenced wind! :D) ALthough..... hhehehe

Hope everyone has a fast day and then a wonderfully slow weekend!

Good luck to all the newbies and anyone weighing in tonight!

I'm off to the doc this morning - somethings wrong with my hip. I can go DOWN stairs no prob, but have to crawl up them - feels like razor blades are in my joint. Grrrrrrrr. I am getting to know my doc better then I want to! lol

I'm going to the flames & frames show today hope it stays dry cos i'm going to take the bike & I don't do rain anymore I'm looking forward to seeing some of the bikes I've powdercoated now they'r finished

I was going to go in on my bike this morning and its blowing like mad out, so it'll have to be the MG I'm afraid. I'm like you when it come to wind and rain. I'll do it if i HAVE to, but if I don't - a car is just fine with me!!!

Hi Munch,
If you are really worried have someone be in the kitchen with you while you are cooking to make sure you don't accidently do something you shouldn't ;)
The only other thing I will say is imagine waking up on Sunday morning and knowing you were 100% good, that is such a nice feeling of achievement.

Good luck, I am sure you will be just perfect.

I agree with Tange Munch - you can do this so easily, without tasting a drop of anything, if you put your mind to it, and do it. It really is that easy, if you believe in yourself.

There is no reason you need to be afraid - feel brave and warrior like! :D YOU are in control of what goes in your mouth - so remind yourself you have CHOSEN not to eat on this plan - you have committed to that - and stick to it.

You will feel ON TOP OF THE WORLD if you do this and get through it, and that kind of challenge early on will give you mountains of confidence that you can overcome any challenge - which you can. There is just no situation on this diet where you'd have to eat. The only wayyou caould eat is if you CHOSE to....so choose not to - and fillyourself with pride for being strong!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!! YOU REALY CAN! :) Believe it!
