Morning gorgeous people....lost an amazing 6lb this week, that's a grand total of 21 pounds in 3 weeks. I am a very happy bunny.
I have 3 weeks to go as I have too much coming up to stay on it any longer, so whatever I weigh in 3 weeks is my target. Hopefully I am looking for another 10 pounds but in fairness my size 12s are very loose so I would be happy with another 7lb off.

Wow well done Redwinegirl, your losses have been amazing, especially considering you didn't have that much to lose to start off with. Wishing you well with week 4.
Thanks Mrs R, I put it down the my exercise. I've always been a gym bunny and even though the first week was hard going at the gym I have continued through the 3 weeks as I've always done. I think with your exercise this week you will see the results next week....I will be cheering you on xx

Had my weigh in and I have lost 9 lbs I think !
I cheated twice last weekend and was naughty. I had two meals on friday and Saturday ?! I know bad.
I was 14 stone 4 lbs and now I am 13 stone 9lbs. Think that is right. Correct me if I am wrong please!
I put on 4 lbs eating and lost 9 lbs.

Brilliant! Well done, especially with the meals out (lord I am sooo jealous, this is my 3rd week-end in and I am going stir crazy). I've cancelled a girls night tomorrow (which made me Miss Popular) because I just can not bear to drink sparkling water and watch others get bladdered!
I thought I was naughty by bringing back milk into my coffee....(I know your thinking she is just so wild & crazy aren't you). Sigh xx
Ah bless ya. Well I am going to see how I get on now. I have been naughty but it's not the end of the world. This is a hard diet. I needed a treat

Just got weighed 2 lbs loss
4th Weigh in and another 3lb down! I need another 2 to get to my 2 stone and then my last official weigh in will be next Friday so I am on a mission this week to hopefully get to the low 10s!
However I have a size 10 suit on today for work...Happy Days. I will never hear a bad word about Lipotrim, Happy Days people xx
well done Kate, don't be so harsh on yourself, 2lbs is still a good weight loss and it's going down, thats the most important thing, be proud of yourself for what you have achieved, it's going the right way, some weeks you will lose less than you hope and other weeks more, in the grand scheme of things it will be balanced out. Like I said 2 lbs is a great loss so well done chick!!
And red wine girl!!! Well done you, we have similarish stats, I'm 5'4 and weighed 10st 7 this morning, Im a size 12 - 14 at the moment so well donw for getting into that size 10! Good luck with your last week and make sure you do your refeed

I have a friend who is taller and lighter than me but a size 14, it's all about the exercise, as that is what determines your clothes size, the diet determines your weight. Hence I'm doing a runner from work and going to the gym (no pun intended).
I'm being naughty but I am not re-feeding this week, it may end in tear next week-end but hey ho xxxx have a good week-end xx
Hmm thanks for that, I used to be a size 10 so would love to get back to that - possibly a 8 if I can! I used to be a keen gym bunny too however after reading a few posts I thought that exercise might slow down my weight loss so I decided to stop going(I started gymming in week 3 for 2 weeks and then stopped), however last night I was a bit sluggish so did decide to go for a gentle 30 min jog at gym. I love exercise and would love it to enhance my weight loss but I'm worried it will hinder it. I used to spin, do body pump and run 10k most days. (not all together - usually a daily 10k run along with either a spin or body pump or just the run). Im hoping to get to 8stone 10, by middle of december, seems like ages away, I might just giver exercising a proper go for 2 weeks and see if I can feel the changes in my body. It's tricky as all I want is weight loss on the scales but if i really think about it, as long as I looked slim and was an 8 -10 it wouldnt bother me what the scales said!! Oh us women!!!

That's ok. Yeah I am ok with it now. I feel better so it is all good.
I treated myself today a bought two jumpers and there a size 16 and fit !!!!!! So pleased. I have been wearing sizes 20 to 24 sometimes. ! Chuffed to high heaven now. !! My other tops are swimming on me !! Xxx
