Well I have lost 4lbs this week - amazing!!! I am stunned, up until the last couple of days I was feeling TOTM bloaty and not at all like I was losing! But I have been doing LOADS of exercise - so I will have to keep it up this week.

Any more Friday losers?

Well i have stayed EXACTLY the same! no loss no gain!! i am a bit gutted! :(

Ive lost 3lb which i was really happy with until my 'friend' rudely said
'oh is that it, u should loose alot more on ur first week, u'll never do 2lb a week if thats the case'

Is this true??? Should i of had a big loss on my first week? :confused: x x

What a thoughtless thing to say! :rolleyes: I think your friend might be thinking of fad diets or extreme diets, where it is more common to lose a huge amount in the first week - but of course, if you think about it, it can't possibly be all fat loss, it's ususally more like water weight. Whereas you are following a sensible diet and your loss is more likely to be actual body fat, AND is more sustainable in the long run.

And may I just say, 3lb loss = WOOHOO!!! :happy096:

not necessarily it depends how bad your diet was before if it was horrendous then you will have a bigger loss as its a bigger shock to the system but 3lb is a brilliant loss it means you have either consumed less than or burned off with exercise 10500 calories in a week which is a heck of alot!

well done on your weights girlies and feel proud!dont le anyone take the sine off or put you donw as its only jelousy as they arent doing it..:rolleyes:

Thanks everyone, i am happy with 3lb, and as 4 my 'friend' she has more weight on her than me and isnt willing to do anything about it, infact she said that 2 me as she scoffed a bigmc meal down!

ok ladies its the friday weigh in again. good luck every1!
ive managed 2 lose 3lb again this week thats with bein really ill, no exercise, not eatin much for 2 days then eatin quite abit yesterday so wooohooo am very happy x x
