ProPoints Friday WI

Well done!
I was on weight watchers and i lost 2 stone! Unfortunately i totaly fell off track and i'm needing to find the motivation and will power to get back on it!
I've been on and off the wagon many times but this time it seems to have kicked in. Joined the gym and a cycling group as well as buying a new smartphone with a WW app on it which makes it easier to track as you go.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll find the motivation x
