    Morning All

    Thank goodness it is Friday.:p

    Todays menu:
    BF: Tropical fruits and FF.
    Then at school 2 quorn sausage and 1 slice W/M (Hex B)
    Lunch:Thai butternut squash soup with 1 slice W/M (Hex B), followed by fruit and yoghurt.
    EM: Tandoori Quorn (Home made marinade with Yoghurt and Spices) served with brown rice.
    Aiming for more water than yesterday - only managed 1 small glass:(

    Green day today :)

    Breakfast -

    2 x coffees

    Early Lunch -

    Thick home-made soup (onion, garlic, butternut squash, carrot and a stock cube) (0.5 syns for stock cube, as sharing with DS)

    Dinner -

    syn free wedges with 2 quorn sausages & tom ketchup (2 syns)

    Snacks/other -

    500ml semi-skimmed milk (2 x HEa)
    shape yoghurt
    4 ryvita (HEb) with 28g cheddar (HEb) and some philly extra light (not sure of syns yet)
    mug shot
    and possibly a curly wurly (6 syns)

    Can I come round for dinner I love Tandoori Quorn but I never get to eat it cause BF hates Quorn

    Oooh irene - i just had a thought. Is this daily thread just for you to write on, or for everyone to add theirs too?

    I thought it was the latter, til i noticed i'm the only one who posts after you :eek: lol

    Invade away - it is something I do if I have 5 mins at work before I start.
    Just like to check site and if anyone can use my suggestions that great also help me 'keep on track'
    Getting the nibbles so have to be careful - did have some chocolate peanuts earlier at work - didn't really want them I was not busy and that is my downfall - nibble because I am bored.:confused:
