Fridge & cupboard 'must haves' for SW

That's the old ones that were discontinued. The new ones are made by a different company, have different ingredients including oil, and don't have very much fibre in them so they don't count as a HEB. SW just take ages to update the site.
 
Planning on doing a huge shop to stock my fridge and cupboards tonight. What are you SW must haves? What do you use again and again and can't get by without?

To be honest I plan my shopping each week depending on my menu, what I need to use up and what's on offer. But here is a rough list

Dairy
UHT skimmed milk
Asda sweet chilli cottage cheese
Quark
RF creme fraiche (not syn free)
Fruit yoghurts
RF cheese
RF mozzarella
VLF soft cheese with garlic
Eggs

Fruit/Vegetables
Onions - brown and red
Peppers
Chestnut mushrooms
Mixed exotic mushrooms
Tomatoes - vine and baby plum
Courgetter
Aubergine
Sweet potato
Carrots
Squash
Spinach
Frozen broccoli,cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn

Weetabix crunchy bran
Wholemeal pasta

I've probably forgotten some real basics but that's all that spring to mind at the moment. Needless to say I don't buy all this every week but you get the jist.
