    does anyone else like these? if so you might be interested in the mighty bite its by mattessons and its in the same colour and design as the roast chicken bites but it three big lumps of proper chicken breast on a stick and its only 1/2 a syn and it tastes so much better than the little packets and they are on offer at asda at the moment for £1 each

    oh and by the way i lost 2lb this week woo hoo :p

    they are between 1.5 and 2.5 syns per packet i think

    I thought they would be really small, buit there is loads of chicken on it, I will be stocking up, nice for a snack
