From 10stone 6 to 8stone 4

Here is the diary of a 39 yo mum of 4.

I started Atkins yesterday and have been working hard at the gym. Did a dance class and a body pump class and cycled the kids to school. I have been slowly reducing my carb intake for a couple of weeks.

Food today was

Omelette x2 eggs with pepparami x 2 and mayo

Lunch
Omelet x 2 eggs with spinach goats cheese ham

Dinner
2 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's without the bun

I can of Coke Zero

2 litres of water

One coffee with sweetener and almond milk

Had around 13carbs ..... saving some in case I'm hungry in the evening


I hope Atkins works this time I did so well on it years ago but have been having trouble as weight loss was always fast before and now I'm older it's much slower.......
