From CD to WW

Hi, I have been on the Cambridge Diet for the past five weeks. I lost 7 lb the first week, 11 lb the second week and NOTHING for three weeks (and no I didn't cheat!!!!)

After having a brilliant mothers day with lots of gorgeous food, I am starting WW today.

I'm going to keep using the CD shakes for breakfast and lunch because I have got used to them and their easy to have when you are on the go.

As anyone got any good ideas for lovely tea's. I have 14 points to play with a day...but I'd like to have a glass of wine out of this????
