Update for today. Just enjoyed a 15g bag of choc buttons mmmmmm 4syns well nice!!

So im feeling very motivated today!! Had a little weigh today as i was curious. Bout 3lb gone so i am gonna continue as i am and hopefully my gain at least will be gone by monday.

Soooooo todays planned meals

Breakfast: bacon and tinned toms slice of thick white bread carton orange juice coffee and pint of water multigrain hoops with little milk

Lunch: 2x ryvita 3xaldi cheese triangle tom and cue and strawberries pint water

Dinner: diet coke chicken with vegetable rice with onions carrots peas in and melon pint of water

Other: tea coffee pint of water

Hes: ryvita (b) milk (a) cheese (a)
Syns: juice (5.5) thick slice white bread (5.5) multigrain hoops (5) (1.5 left over)
S food: 5
Ss food: 4

Agree with weeing loads! I did last week, all week, but had lost 6.5lbs when I weighed in. You all looked lovely on the wedding pic. Pleased you are doing well :)
 
Hi Leanne good idea to have before photos I asked my daughter if she had any of me when I was at my biggest (chucked all mine out lol) would like to have one to compare with when I get to target ;-) have got my family coming down from Wales tonight so going to have a hectic weekend will get on here when I can, have a lovely weekend keep up the good work xx

Ok been a bit crazy but i need to visulize the light at the end of the tunnel. If on average i lose 2lb a week i could be at my personal target sometime in march....that i am happy with.

Also be about 12 and a half stone by the boys birthday which i would really like!

Well thats made me a bit motivated!!!!!

Hi this is my first visit to your diary

I start wednesday (well if the consultant I rang rings me back I do)

one great visual for lost inches is to use standard paper clips in a chain then are an inch in length so chain them together and keep them somewhere you can see them often
the fridge door or perhaps hang them inside your wardrobe
