and for getting him to go with you to find out what its all about

it will be so much easier for you to go together - you have each other for support and you can be eating the same foods - much easier on the shopping

Hi Leanne well done on ur loss this week x handy ur OH starting bit of competition never hurts, I was busy over the bank holiday went shopping & bootsales :) was shattered I would have preferred to have had a lie in but every weekend OH insists on going out cause he's cooped up indoors at work all week. I get weighed tomorrow hopefully I will lose have been 100% this week !

Jay isnt doin sw yet he is hoping to join monday with me. He wont need to.worry as i plan my meals over a month so i always have a shoppin list ready for an out of the blue shop lol. I do him lunch for work so....there will be lots of pasta in our house me thinks.

Well yesterday i was good then i binged!! I always do it and its always choc or sumthin sweet. Been like this since pregnant and ok its not as bad but even now while breastfeeding!! I never really ate sweet stuff vefore (was a savoury crisps kinda girl) im sick of it :(

Oh well back to it

B: bacon egg toms mushrooms
L: chicken ceasar salad and cheese
D: pork steak topped with tbs apple sauce and melted cheese with potato and veg and gravy

Hmmmm thinkin of a red day for these meals. Then i can have 3a and 2b....which my as are covered but no idea for bs

to help with the chocolate
buy your chosen choc and break or cut it into bits
wrap each bit in foil and pop in a bag then freeze
when you really need some take out just a few small packages
each one will take longer to eat due to being frozen so it takes time to melt
and you get more satisfaction for less - you will most likely not eat quite so much

also cut up a banana and freeze that is nice as are frozen grapes

Got an idea....now i know slimming world put a stop to it 4 yrs ago but...im makin lemon cous cous cake and synin it the old way. I lost a hell of a lot of weight as i used couscous cake to take edge off wantin crap....so...my idea is...if its not broken dont fix it! It worked for me before...

Might take off the need somethin sweet edge

There all so cute! I was convinced I'd end up with all boys but I've got one of each at the moment x
 
Sparky lol u have noooooo idea. He doesnt stop.movin or talkin from 7.30am to 7.30pm!!! He is so thin lol and eats loads...he is a charmer tho. Nothig like his bilogical father...more like his step dad (who he calls daddy)

Right today....im tired...mega tired....tj had a bad night...and i desperately need to finish my childminder workbook to give in tomorrow! Its so hard :( the questions are difficult in some sections and im a level 3 nursery nurse!!

So i hope i can get through today

your dinner has made me think and I realise I want pasta for dinner will see if I have some quorn mince and do a pasta bake with a quorn bolognaise sauce

Well im shattered. Im sure tj is teethin. He has been on off sleepin abd cryin all night. Then jacob wet the bed. I am pooped and got 2 hrs to get workbooks done to hand in :( i prob wont do it :(

I could teach him - I am a qualified primary teacher I just dont teach at present due to the pain from the arthritis - didnt think it fair on the kiddies :)
