This is my first week on the WW plan having joined from SW.

I am a 26-year old female, self employed, and find it hard to prepare meals.

I currently live at home but spend a lot of time at my boyfriends, who lives with his mum and works nights!

I only use my parents house to sleep in. But Boyfriend and I are looking to buy are own house! (or least he's buying im just moving in to look after him!)

I will post per thread the day-to-day of what I am eating and any comments would be greatly appreciated whilst I get my head around it.

How many pro points are the Asda noodles? Are they pre-cooked or 'raw'?

How many pro points are the Asda noodles? Are they pre-cooked or 'raw'?

They are pre-cooked. They're in the Asda fresh section with the stir fry items and normally 3 for £2.50
I worked them out on my cardboard wheel as 9 per 1/2 bag which is 200g - the seem "high" but they're nice for bulk. My OH doesnt like the boil your own ones.
You could get a bag and split it over two days if you're cooking for yourself. And then get two different stir-fry's and then just PP any meat you use :) You could make a very filling and large meal for 11 or 12 pp :)

welcome delleh :wavey:

you seem to be getting to grips well with ProPoints.

my husband likes the rice noodles from morrisons , same point value too.

Hi Rosie thanks!) I am trying! Im finding it loads easier than SW! lol X
