Day 7 already! I feel like it's gone so quick. Had a lovely protein/veg tea last night, made chicken kebabs with 100g chicken breast diced up, chunks of green peppers and whole button mushrooms. Threaded them all together on three bamboo skewers and popped them under the grill....lovely!
Going to have two dippy eggs in egg cups for brekkie now, nothing to dip in them but still looking forward to them
Weigh in day tomorrow! I hope it's a good result, my tummy feels bloated though and I feel heavier than normal.
