From WW to Slim and Save!

Day 7 already! I feel like it's gone so quick. Had a lovely protein/veg tea last night, made chicken kebabs with 100g chicken breast diced up, chunks of green peppers and whole button mushrooms. Threaded them all together on three bamboo skewers and popped them under the grill....lovely!

Going to have two dippy eggs in egg cups for brekkie now, nothing to dip in them but still looking forward to them :)

Weigh in day tomorrow! I hope it's a good result, my tummy feels bloated though and I feel heavier than normal.
 
When I have dippy eggs (usually poached) I dip asparagus and mushrooms into them. In fact I couldn't decide what to have tonight and you've just made up my mind for me - mmmm :).
 
Ooo what a great idea! I've never tried asparagus before but they look like they were made for dipping! Must buy some tomorrow :) Do you have any good tips for making poached eggs? When I make them, the white just turns to foam around the pan and I end up with a hard orange ball!
 
I don't make 'proper' poached eggs, I used those silicone egg poacher things with a couple of sprays of Frylight ;). Not real poached eggs maybe but they work for me :).
 
Week 1 Weigh In: -6lbs :)

Really pleased with that as I've been doing WW for the last 14 weeks and have lost 1.5lbs each week for the last 4 weeks. So that's a month of WW losses in a week with Slim and Save :) Expecting smaller losses each week now but would love to get 3lb a week if possible.

Thanks Lexie, it really is motivating....feel fired up for a new week now :) I'm so glad I found Minimins, I'd never have heard about this diet if I hadn't have been browsing the forums.
