Fruit n fibre as HEXB

In my old books (bearing in mind I originally done SW in 2008) it says you can have 28g Fruit n Fribre with a scan bran bar as HEXb. Could I have more fruit n fibre and not a scan bran bar?

Kind of new to this again and forgotten some things so I am sure there will be more questions :)

Good question . I don't like scan bran so skip it and have 28g fruit and fibre. I don't think you can tweak it and have more cereal. I think the point of the scan bran is to increase fibre intake with out too many calories. If you had more cereal you would be taking on more calories without benefit of fibre. Think that makes sense sort of ?!
