Fruit salad recipe?

Hi all

I want to put a fruit salad together and put it in the fridge so i can dip into it whenever i want to but im not sure what juice to put in there... i have had a look online and all the recipes seem high in pp. What do you all put in there to keep the fruit ok? what i am planning on putting in there is apples, strawberries, grapes, melon, banana and plums.

Hi Miss Helpme, a squeeze of lemon juice should do it - not much though - if you're using it within a couple of days you shouldn't need anything anyway... Either that or you use a tin of fruit that is tinned in juice and that would do the job as well...

Thanks for those tips... i would never have thought to use diet lemonade and orange juice on them though!!

Why not skip the OJ, diet lemonade is 0pp and perfectly good on it's own.... I love fruit salad

oooo you lot got me tempted i am the queen of fruit salads everytime i went to one of my best mates occasions (daughters christening, sons christening and his wedding) i made a fruit salad
