fruit vs. veg

im really struggling to eat the veg on either green or red (cant deal with ee!). i have tried making a soup which i eat first but one bowl a day is all i can face.

i do however LOVE fruit, i snack on it through the day must eat about 7-8 portions of it.

as both are super free is it necessary to force down the veggies? they are so uninspiring....!
 
No-one is going to force you to eat anything. But vegetables can be inspiring if you make them so!

Have you tried roasting vegetables in the oven, with Frylight and bit of balsamic vinegar? Delicious. They go all caramelised around the edges.

You can have butternut squash, little potatoes, little carrots, diced aubergine, sliced courgettes, chestnut mushrooms, wedges of red onion, etc., etc.
