I regularly have fruit as my snacks during the day as i find u can get alot for your calories.

Using myfitnesspal.com ive worked out these calories that i thought might be helpful to some people

100 grams green seedless grapes 56 calories
100 grams of fresh raspberries 52 calories
100 grams of fresh strawberries 32 calories
100 gram of fresh blueberries 57 calories

I tend to mix n match to make up the 100 calories allowance depending on what fruit i have in at the time

aww thanks Kazzy this is actually really helpful, i often have fruit for my snack and probably eating a lot less than i could be for my 100 cals so ill have to get my scales out and make sure im getting my proper fill!!

You are very welcome,, if we can eat more for the same calories its a good thing less chance of hunger and cheating
