I agree with Kingleds, eat what you enjoy, just maybe if you start struggling to loose and your eating a crate of grapes a day try cutting them down a little and see if that's it.
Everyone's body is different and what works for someone won't for someone else. But grapes are superfree and very good for you, so enjoy them. If you want to boost your weight loss try eating more superfree foods that are also superspeed but to be honest I find superspeed doesn't make a difference to me. You have to find your own groove
